Our collective was founded in 2016 at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute by Gwen Cunningham, on the belief that students, as the next generation of fashion professionals, have a critical role to play in shaping the future of the industry.

Born as Hello-Goodbuy, the group started small yet determined to change their educational environment and the industry they would soon enter.

Today, Dirty Laundry is composed of 10 young fashion activists from all over the world, and the team is renewed on a yearly basis.

Dirty Laundry aims to facilitate meaningful change in the industry, by brining together a diverse community of students, educators and professionals, in a safe space, to encourage critical and creative dialogue and trigger collective action.
